Nick Mudryk, owner of Mudds Performance Fitness, brings an added value to his services by working with registered sports psychologist John Stevenson, owner of Champions Mindset Inc.

Nick first met John back in 2006 as a young goalie seeking out a goalie coach to help him start his hockey career as a young goaltender. After retiring from the life as a goalie coach, John transntioned his practice into sports psychology. After years of hockey and school, Nick reconnected with John in 2022 where they both worked together to elevate sports performance for young and more seasoned athletes, and individuals looking to better the mind and body. They now each work hand in hand out of Evolve Strength Downtown help athletes achieve their goals, bridging the gap between mental and physical training.
